I’m Puja, and my love for food started in Rajasthan, where I grew up surrounded by bold spices, rich traditions, and the ancient millets that had nourished generations before me.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with celiac disease and dairy intolerance, which led me back to these humble grains—not just as a gluten-free alternative, but as a way to bring tradition and health together.
